How to Return for a Refund or Exchange:
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please feel free to submit a ticket for Return/Exchange request.
Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, along with your : order number, item code return reason, and photos of the defects if applicable. You will receive Authorization and Return Address within 24 hours.
Step 3: Return the item(s) to our warehouse and email us a return proof, such as a tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, and or picture of return package.
Step 4: We will refund you or send a replacement within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned package. We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refund may take 7 to 25 business days depending on your service provider.

Return conditions and exemptions
* All returnable items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. If you have received an incorrect product or not as described, we may ask pictures before allowing a return.
* In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, the return will not be accepted.
* We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items unless the wrong item was sent or it came damaged.
* We do not accept returns without RMA number and return form, please always contact before returning the items.
* We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
